OFTEN ASKED QUESTIONS

Please read the following answers before e-mailing us

  1. The completion of the order shall be possible upon placing a correct order via the www.misiowakraina.pl web page.
  2. Upon placing the order the Customer shall receive an email containing the confirmation of order placement, the number of the order and a payment instruction. Additionally, the Shop's employee may call or email the Customer to confirm the order.
  3. Shall the Customer find any inconsistencies in the order placement confirmation, the customer may contact the Shop via email to biuro@misiowakraina.pl providing the number of the order in the message.
  4. The order shall be accepted upon registration of the payment from the Customer on the Company's account.
  5. The maximum time of the completion of the order (time to shipping the order to the Customer) shall be 2 work days from the registration of the payment on the Company's account.
  6. The order completion time shall be extended by the time needed for the delivery of the shipment by the Polish Post or DHL.
  7. The order shall be shipped to the address provided by the Customer upon placing the order. The Internet Shop at www.misiowakraina.pl shall not be responsible for failure of or delay in the delivery resulting from providing wrong or inaccurate shipment address by the Customer.
  8. The order shall be delievered to the address provided by the Customer. Wrong or inaccurate shipment data may cause delays in the delivery of the order.
  9. The Company shall not be responsible for failure of or delays in the delivery of or the completion of the order resulting from wrong or innaccurate shipment address provided by the Customer.
  1. The Customer my choose from among the following payment methods:
    1. wire transfer (advance payment): the amounts due for the products and the delivery thereof shall be transferred to the Company's bank account provided in the email with order confirmation.
    2. online payment via the platnosci.pl payment service.
    3. cash: in person at the Company's office.
  2. The terms and condition of payment via the platnosci.pl payment service and complaint procedures are available on the www.platnosci.pl web page.
  3. The Shop does not accept COD payments.

    1. The completion of an order begins:
      1. For wire transfers: upon registration of payment on the Shop's bank account or upon receiving a payment confirmation via email and after payment acceptance—the Customer shall receive an automatic reply containing the confirmation of payment acceptance;
      2. for online payments via the platnosci.pl service: upon the reception by the Customer of an e-mail with a confirmation of payment acceptance;
    2. The maximum order completion time (time to shipping the order to the Customer) shall be 2 work days from the registration of payment on the Company's account.
    3. The order completion time shall be extended by the time needed for the delivery of the shipment by the Polish Post or DHL.
    4. The Customer shall receive the last email with information about the order's status upon completion of the order: its shipment or personal collection.
    5. Depending on the Customer's choice, the orders will be delivered by:
      1. DHL: 1 work day. Price: PLN23 (shipment in Poland)
      2. Poczta Polska, high priority shipment: 1 work days. Price: PLN14 (shipment in Poland)
      3. Polish Post, economical shipment: 0-3 work days. Price: please see below (international shipment):

      1. The Shop retains the right to:
        1. Cancel the orders should the order form be completed incorrectly
        2. Refuse to complete suspicious orders.
      2. Each order is sent with a receipt or, upon the Customer request, an invoice. In order to receive an invoice, the Customer must check an appropriate checkbox in the order form and provide the company data, including the Tax Identification Number. Receipts and invoices are issued once the payment has been accepted and all the products have been prepared for shipment.
      3. In order to introduce changes to the shipment or to cancel the order, the Customer must contact the Shop at biuro@misiowakraina.pl.
      4. The Customer may cancel the order only via an email to biuro@misiowakraina.pl. Cancelling an order that has already been shipped is not possible.

      1. Under the provisions of the Act on Protection of Certain Consumer Rights of March 2, 2000, the Purchaser constituting the Consumer retains the right to terminate the contract concluded via the Shop's web page for convenience by providing an appropriate statement in writing within 10 days from handing the products over to the Purchaser.
      2. The Product shall be returned immediately, no later than within 14 (fourteen) days. The package shall contain the PROOF OF PURCHASE. The cost of shipment of the product to the Seller (unless it is being sent following a complaint) shall be covered by the Customer. The Shop shall return the payment for the product no later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from receiving the shipment.
      3. The Customer retains the right to a replacement of the purchased product within 14 (fourteen) days from the reception of the shipment. The cost of shipment shall be covered by the Customer. The Shipment must contain a PROOF OF PURCHASE.
        1. The Online Shop at www.misiowakraina.pl shall respond to the Customer's complaint within 14 (fourteen) work days and inform the Customer about further actions. The complaint shall be investigated only upon the reception of the product with a proof of purchase and a description of the subject of complaint.
        2. Shall the complaint be accepted as justified, the Shop shall repair or replace the product for one of full value or, shall the replacement be impossible, return the payment for the product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the acceptance of the complaint.
        3. Shall the complaint be shipped to Kraina Pomysłów Jan Lipczyński, Sosnowa 34B, 62-002 Jelonek by the Polish Post, the Online Shop at www.misiowakraina.pl shall return the cost of the shipment to the Customer provided that the Customer has indicated a bank account to which the payment shall be returned.
